Weekly, lunch-hour mindfulness groups with live guided meditation, offered on a drop-in basis for anyone (new or returning)
Weekly, alumni groups with community mindfulness practice, offered on a drop-in basis for former program participants (i.e., a weekly sitting group intended for lasting community building)
Month-long training programs (4, weekly sessions), similar to the 'Mindfulness in COVID' program - but on an ongoing basis with new topics each month; enrollment would be required (month-to-month enrollment with no long-term commitments)
Pop-up educational programs on a specialized topic (e.g., mindful communication, mindfulness and diversity, science of mindfulness, mindfulness for chronic pain, etc.); enrollment would be required
